I had 3 new stairs and a landing installed and it looks great. Otto Masonry gave me alternative solutions which I loved more than what I was thinking. Mario performed meticulous work. The job took a couple of days and I am over the moon about my new stairs. They provide continual updates as to how the work was going. They are a terrific company to work with and I strongly recommend their workmanship.

There was a recall on my Samsung washer and I had elected to have it fixed. The Elite Service Technician was terrific. He was efficient, polite and informative. I would likely recommend this company. I received confirmation when the tech would arrive along with updates. Couldn't ask for better service. (reference #256744)
