We hired Allan and company to drywall our entire basement following underpinning. His work included sourcing the materials, installing, taping, and mudding. We were so happy with Allan and his team that we hired him for the priming and painting immediately after the drywall. Allan's work was top notch throughout and done on schedule. We had our own GC working on the job and they coordinated perfectly throughout. Allan's communication throughout the project was excellent. He kept us well informed of what was going on and when we could expect people to be in our house. When we had questions or concerns, he was quick to answer them. We have an infant and a toddler at home so noise and dust were major concerns for us. Allan and his team were very accommodating. The work was quiet and the dust was kept to a minimum. We were very impressed with Allan's work and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Convertible installed a new furnace and a tankless water heater. They also upgraded the duct work in our home. Return vents were moved to more appropriate locations and adding additional vents were added. Air flow was noticeably improved in the house and the new appliances were moved to give use more usable room in the basement. The consultation prior to purchasing was excellent. All our questions were answered honestly and we were provided several different options for the installation each with a different cost. After deciding on the option we were going with, the work was scheduled to accommodate other renovations. Convertible was very flexible throughout the process. The installation team was professional and did excellent work. Everything was done as we had requested. Work was completed on-time and we are extremely satisfied with the results.
