I have used Firemen Movers in the past and have referred them to clients since I am a real estate agent. They have done a great job every time. This most recent move required loading items from my sons basement apartment and other furnishings he was taking from our unit to his end location. I also had them bring supplies for my own personal use at much cheaper rates than most of the moving stores and others who sell boxes. I have had several different movers over the years and find them all professional, curtious and efficient.

Devonte and his partner arrived very promptly. Devonte once again went over the terms to ensure everything was clear. They loaded everything that was going from my home, went straight to the storage unit, in fact beat me there, loaded everything there and went straight to the end address. The two of them went the extra mile getting rid of a moth eaten carpet that no one wanted to even touch. Their efficiency saved me money as I have had other movers who stop to get food or run errands between addresses adding time that the client ends up paying for. I called Mark in a panic during the showings on my home for sale because the glass door came off the hindges. He came immediately to look at the job, told me what had to be done, ordered the new glass and the replacement was done within a week. Ususally the glass can take 10 days to 2 weeks and he put a rush on it, having it available in a week. He does an excellent job, cleans up after himself and makes very good suggestions. I would not hesitate recommending Ontario Custom Glass to any of my friends family or clients.

Declan came to my rescue being referred to me by a friend. Tried at least a dozen guys to come to do the job but it was either too small or they were on holidays being the last two weeks prior to labour day. I had an electrician scheduled for 7 pm who cancelled same day. I needed the job done before the property inspector came the next morning and Declan was over within two hours (by 4 pm). I got my plug installed so I could get the pump working for my air conditioning and the crossed wires fixed . While he was there I added a few other odds and ends and Declan just did everything with no complaint. He was so friendly and did a great job. I was out of his working area but when I explained how desperate I was he was willing to come and help me out.

Charlie came to my rescue after I got a totally unreasonable quote from a house prep company as I am getting set to sell my house. I wish I had found him long agao. He took the time out to come to the house, give me a reasonable quote and squeezed me in a few days later so I could meet my time-line. He did exactly what he said he would do and more. Everytime he ran into a snag (and there were some since my house is old) he came to me to give me my options and he always had a reasonable solution. He is meticulous including when he cleans up. He was so flexible, accommodating me when I threw in a few more small items I found while he was there. When I did not like one of the light fixtures I had purchased he agreed to take it down and said if I purchased a new one that night he would be back tomorrow to put it up for me - no extra charge - who does that these days? Well Charlie does. If you have never seen what power washing does to your deck you have to see it. Fantastic, why would you ever need to build a new deck. the few new decking pieces he put in are hardly noticeable. Charlie will be my only choice for future work and he will be recommended to all my friends, family and clients.

Hi Al, Just thought I would give you an update and thank you for informing me right away about the leaking toilet that your team noticed while cleaning. I'm glad it happened when the cleaning crew was there because it was inevitable that it was going to happen. Andrew had the plumber there the next day and he had to change a gasket where the toilet tank water runs into the toilet. Massimo and his crew painted the intricate wood paneling and molding we have in our old home with precision. He made it warm and modern but maintained the old charm. Massimo is totally trustworthy, I was able to leave him with a key and holiday for a week coming back to refreshingly new principal rooms with the job completed on time, within budget and everything cleaned up perfectly. The front stairs also look amazing and survived last winter well
