I needed a sliding door replaced by a window. They did a home visit to give me a free estimate, and then once I confirmed, they sent somebody else to take precise measurements. It was a bit tricky coordinating schedules for installment but they went well out of their way to make sure my schedule was accommodated. On the day of the installment the two gentlemen who came were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and skilled. Every single person I interacted with at Monaco Windows was above and beyond. The window looks great too!

Rental water tank was tagged and when I called (several times) for new options, I wasn't given appropriate info so I decided to purchase a tank and cancel my contract. I arranged pick up of the old water tank, left work early and waited diligently for the contractors to pick it up from my house between 4-8pm. Forty five minutes past 8pm, no one had showed up and I had not received any calls to let me know if they were late or cancelled etc. I called the centre and was told that maybe they were running late but they could not confirm whether or not they would even show up. I have had nothing but bad experiences with both technicians who don't give informative explanations, customer service reps who give faulty information, and now contractors who don't show or call to cancel. This is such really disrespectful and can't wait to be done with this company!
