We purchased a 1990's rancher in need of an update. Mark & Nino have worked on our other homes, so they were are one and only call to take on this project of removing walls between kitchen, living, dining room and creating a modern great room concept. 2 full bathrooms were also gutted to the studs, and rebuilt with heated floors, updated lighting and all new fixtures. In every respect the work was done to our specs, to full completion and to the highest quality. Project was completed on time - key! Every day, for almost three months, at least one of the team was on site keeping the project moving along, following up on finishing details. We are very satisfied and will be calling again soon for Phase 2 (kitchen, laundry, powder room) of updating our home.

Mark & Nino quickly addressed the damage from a sewer back up in laundry room and updated the whole space to exactly what we needed to get our home on the market quickly. Excellent work, conscious of cost constraints and timely completion - as always!

That's all that matters, get it done when it needs done, done well, done on budget. No surprises! Thank you - we will be hot-tubbing for Christmas and I thank you for getting it done in time for this to be our family christmas gift.
