Redford indicated interest very quickly through Homestar app, with an approximate quote. Quote was firmed up through some pictures, back-forth. Job was tendered to them.
There was a silent period of about a week after that before the job was arranged, after a prompt.
Job day they were there on-time, bright & early and finished within 2 hours with 2 electricians. Work was good and site left clean.

Other than the communication delay (in the height of the summer) they did a great job. Recommended.

Upgrading the house connection from 100A to 200A. Robert offered the most competitive quote out of several that I collected. He was proactively exploring options and went beyond the original straightforward plan of following and replacing the existing internal wire, by suggesting the most optimal (and cost-effective) location for the new main panel, outside and inside main wire new paths along the building.
It was a two day project with a gap in between needed to schedule the BC hydro coming on site and city inspection, Robert took care of all of that.
Robert's team was attentive, polite and not disruptive while working around the house. I would work with Redford Electric again.

Our office didn't have a ceiling light so we had Redford Electric come out and install one for us. I believe a young man named Brad came out and did a great job with all wiring up the ceiling, getting the light fixtured installed, and adding a light switch with a dimmer. The invoice ended up coming in under what I expected which I am very happy about. I have a few other small electrical projects around the house and I'll be using Redford Electric again.
