Sam was easy to get a hold via phone. He called me back to let me know his availability and also gave me a maximum amount a total repair would be. He arrived promptly and on time and also made sure to call me before his arrival. He was very respectful, wore bootees in the house to cover his feet and worked quietly and efficiently in the basement. He explained everything he was doing to our appliance and also took before and after pictures to show me the difference. On top of fixing our thermostat and thermal sensor problem he also did a full clean of the dryer. We were very happy with his service and his price was fair. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends. He was a pleasure to do business with.

We contacted Super Choice and had great service from beginning to end. They had a wonderful selection of carpet to choose from and were helpful in assisting us with our choice. Jimmy was an absolute pleasure to deal with and his price was great!! Our carpet and installation were done within two weeks - just as Jimmy had said it would. Our installer was polite, tidy and worked quickly. You won't beat another store in customer service, product, installation or price. We look forward to working with Super Choice again!
