Never order from BadBoy. Worst customer service ever. I ordered an expensive TV. It wasn't shipping. I was wondering what was going on so I called. They said it would take 5 weeks. I told them to cancel the TV as I wasn't going to wait that long. They said they would. After about 2 months, and about dozens of phone calls to them and to their management team, I finally was able to get a refund. Biggest pain I've ever experienced trying to cancel an order. Unbelievable. How you're still in business is beyond me.

I recently moved into a large home that was built with aluminum wiring when it was originally constructed. Our insurance company required copper tailing throughout the home and also required a certificate of inspection from the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) of Ontario when the work was completed. In addition, the previous owner had done multiple things with the wiring which were not up to code and needed to be fixed. I searched around with many companies in the area. I ended up choosing Home Town Electrical because they were very professional on the phone, they came to my home in the evening and took a thorough look at the home and provided me with a well priced estimate and also showed me everything that needed to be fixed and explained why it was not up to code. During the time of the work, they explained and showed me everything they were doing, they treated the home as if it were their own home, and they were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I also got the certificate for the ESA so now I am fine with the Insurance company and even more important I feel safe in my home with the electrical now being updated. I will be hiring them again to do other projects I have in mind and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
