Boris came very quickly to give me a quotation. He took the time to explain to me about the different types of furnaces and appeared genuinely interested in his work. He suggested the two stage furnace, which was a good furnace, but not the most expensive; he felt that would be enough for my small house. When I said I had bad allergies, he recommended the best type of filter to use and explained why. I was so impressed that I cancelled the next appointment I had with a different company. The men who came to install the furnace were clean and courteous and left my house spotless. When they finished, Fred proudly asked me to see the furnace and listen to how quiet it was; he also showed me where the filter was. I have already recommended Cozy World to someone else with an old furnace -- so far, it has been a great experience.

Honest, forthright, told me what could and could not be done. Only glass shop in five I called that could do the job, but it would not be exactly the same. Would definitely send them anything complicated. (I may have got the cost wrong as the job was over a year ago.) As for the deposit that one of customers was so upset about, they were also very definite that once the job was begun, the deposit was not be refundable. I would definitely go back to them. Their price is not the lowest, but the quality is there.

Staff, Dino and Shane, were punctual, clean and courteous. Explained to me what they would do, advice me to secure my cats who often get frightened by the noise, then worked fast to clean one room so I could put them back in. I have not been able to use the basement since renovations because of residual dust (allergic asthma), but felt the air quality improve immediately after they finished cleaning the ducts and am now sitting in it enjoying my basement for the first time since renovations without coughing. I have taken to coming into the basement with a mask on. I would use them again.
