We just moved in to our new home in Sherwood Park and we love it! We hadn't heard of Marcson previously but we were impressed by the showhome and the great location. The sales staff has been great to deal with, and we did a thorough walk-through with the service staff. By the sounds of it, the few deficiencies (all fairly minor) should be cleared up promptly. The home is looking great and we couldn't be happier. The only negative I can think of in the whole process is the concrete pad, which was poured smaller than agreed to. Not a big deal, but when we questioned it we were asked if the bosses signed off on the larger pad, which is probably a question for the sales staff who we agreed to the amendment with (we have no idea, we haven't met the bosses!). But this wasn't enough to knock the rating down from 10/10, because the service staff is looking into it and we're confident she will fix it for us. Overall, everything seems to be top quality and Marcson seems to truly care about their customers, which is the most important thing. We are really happy with how smooth the process was and how everything turned out. We would absolutely recommend them as a builder!
