OMG - someone PLEASE do something to stop this company from selling a damn thing more....!!!!
We purchased a bedroom suite from them 3 years ago, and got such a run around - what a nightmare. After months of fighting and arguing, our situation was eventually resolved.
Stupidly, my wife went back to them to purchase a chest (you would have thought we would have learnt from our mistakes the first time round). We have been waiting for over a month for a scheduled delivery. We have been hung up on, dishonestly told things, and told that messages were left (which wasn't the case) by Marney, who let me tell you, has NO customer service skills whatsoever.
After telling her that I want my transaction refunded and that she dare not deliver the chest, did her story change and now we have been promised a delivery in 2 days. I swear, if this falls through, someone had better hold me back, 'cos I might go into their store and do some serious damage!
A friendly word of advice - DO NOT PUT A FOOT THROUGH THEIR DOOR. Surely to goodness, the trend of these exceptionally poor review should say something to a potential customer (coming from a person who went back again for some more abuse - as if the first time wasn't enough).
Better Business Bureau of Toronto, here I come.
