I can’t say enough about JOE!!! He is an amazing cabinet maker! I am so happy with the quality of his work and his cabinets are such high end. My kitchen is amazing! I had 6 different kitchen contractors come to our home and no one beat Joe! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else. You’re not going to get a better quality kitchen at the price Joe can give you. The one thing I love about Joe’s kitchens is there’s no low, medium or high end choices…he only does HIGH end. He is so good at what he does. I like all the little details in custom kitchens and the things I didn’t think of…Joe would enlighten me when he really didn’t have to, such as…the furniture kick at the bottom of some cabinets which makes our kitchen look so beautiful and the decorative posts near the sink, cook top and fridge. Also, the glass doors, I didn’t have to ask if they’d be beveled … he does everything high end and doesn’t cheap out. He said he’d have the kitchen ready between 4-5 weeks and it was ready! No delays! Joe was there for the delivery and 2 days later the counter was template and my counter was ordered for 7-10 days. I am so happy!

This company was great! Jessie (the receptionist) was amazing, I love her and Vince was exceptional. I ordered 1400 sq ft of hardwood, had 67 boxes delivered and when looking at it at night, felt it was too dark. Went in the next morning and told Vince we felt the floors were different to the sample, which at that time we believed. He listened to us and just wanted to do what was needed to fix the problem. Never set blame on anyone or anything. Then, when we took the new samples home and this time tested them in our home, we realized that the floors we originally ordered were the same colour as the sample and it was our mistake. We told Vince that the sample was right and we should have taken it home to see it in the first place. Live and learn. Vince changed the whole flooring order and got it delivered the next day. Mind you, we had to pay for a few delivery charges but what other company would have BOTH flooring we liked in stock (1400 sq ft) and be able to deliver it the next day! If you go into this store, ask for VINCE, really he's so understanding and helpful and if you do run into a problem, you know it will be taken care of right.

I HAD A FEW QUOTES AND DECIDED ON EXPERT C/M BECAUSE OF THE REVIEWS AND WHEN ARNIE CAME OVER, HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND HELPED US MAKE DECISIONS BASED ON THE TYPE OF HOME WE HAVE. HE HAS AN EXCELLENT EYE FOR DETAIL AND HIS FAMILY (DAD AND BROTHER) DOES THE INSTALLATION AND ARE SO PRECISE AND DO UNBELIEVABLE WORK! NOT A SEAM TO BE SEEN. I REBRICKED THE FIREPLACE AND THEY CAME BACK TO FINISH AROUND THE FIREPLACE. IM SO HAPPY WITH THEM!

JOE FROM LUDWIG CAME TO GIVE US A QUOTE FOR PAVING OUR 4000 SQUARE FOOT CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY IN CALEDON AND RIGHT AWAY I KNEW HE WAS THE ONE. LOOKED AT THE DRIVEWAY AND DIDN'T ASK US QUESTIONS LIKE THE OTHERS DID. NOTHING WAS A BIG DEAL IN TERMS OF OUR WATER DRAIN BEING HARD PLASTIC AND MELTING AND OTHER INGROUND PIPES ETC. HE KNEW HOW THE DRIVEWAY SHOULD ANGLE ETC AND DIDNT ASK US. I LOVED THE FACT THAT HE'S BEEN DOING THIS ALL HIS LIFE AND AS A LITTLE BOY WENT WITH HIS FATHER ON ESTIMATES. HE IS SO GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES AND HIS ENTIRE CREW ARE SO PROFESSIONAL! THE TRUCKS WERE NEW AND THEY DIDN'T SKIMP ON ANY MATERIALS...SO GLAD I WENT WITH LUDWIG AND THEY CAME TO CALEDON! THANK YOU!
