Fantastic experience from quote to finish. This company is run by people who are very honourable. They were efficient, fair, know what they are doing and do it quickly. They did a great job and even when there was an unexpected problem that was not their fault, they took care of it. They were also very courteous and polite the whole time. Great service in a time when service is a dying art. I would highly recommend them.

I would like to write to thank Karem at New Canadian for his timely, knowledgeable and courteous work that he and his team provided for us. They provided a service that was well done and the price was very competitive. They came back to the house to fix a problem I had even though it wasn't because of something they did. We are very happy with our experience with Modular Homes and would be happy to recommend them - in fact we already have. They do the work quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price. They show up everyday and the quality of work is very good. They also always return phone calls promptly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
