Gem windows was great! From a wonderful experience with our salesman Dave..He took the patience in explaining our different options and went the extra mile on a number of occassions. Our installers (Frank and his crew) were respectful of our home and did a fantastic job. Our house has undergone a make-over and are so happy with the product Gem sells, their service and the installers. We would recommend them to anyone.
