Ronald of Toro Roofing came out and gave me a very reasonable quote. His due diligence to the job was great. Knowing my concern for the eradication of mice in my attic he came out on a snowy day and still got the partitions installed in the attic. I really appreciated his knowledge and his commitment to us craft. Hoping that this works out and I will have no more mice.

Shakeel was patient and fair in assessing my issue. He made me feel that he was not trying to make money but doing what was best for my home. He surveyed my roof and even went into the attic to check on the issue. I am hopping I won’t need him again but if the issue persists then I will calm him for sure. I have already told others about his good work.

David from Delta arrived on time and was extremely efficient and business friendly. My finished basement provided logistical challenges but David assessed my request and came up with a way to ensure minimal wire visibility. He even suggested a 3rd camera placement that I am now glad that I did install. Delta was the only company whose wire layout would not leave wires along the basement floor or damage the drywall in my home. He actually went through the attic. David took his time and the work was done within 4 hours. He also walked me through how to access the cameras and the dvr system. My only caveat: ensure that you have a fairly new router and change your router and wifi password before Delta arrives. They will need your passwords and if you did what I did and mess up changing your password after the job is finished, then a revisit to update the system by Delta will be around $120. All in all, I am very pleased with the work done by Delta through David.
