Before I begin, I will preface this review by saying I am a very hands-on, specific, detailed, and fussy customer. I expect my service providers to do the work as if it was for their own family, but better. My expectations are very high! Sean and Utrana (sp?) installed a large backyard playset for our kids that had been bought from Costco. They did a fantastic job! Things I liked: - they took the time to explain the full process to me before they started - they told me in advance when they would need my advice on where to position the playset; and they provided excellent suggestions - they took my input very well - they were very organized and thorough - they were very fast - they offered for us to call them at any time to fix any issues and they would be back within a day - fair price Things I didn't like: - I found one cracked step - a defect in the materials of the product; they probably didn't even notice it, but in a perfect world I would have been informed about it before discovering it. To be absolutely clear, this is so trivial I didn't even bother to call them about it because I'm sure it wasn't their fault and it will be an easy fix with a free replacement part from the manufacturer. Bottom line: I'd hire them again anytime. And so should you!

Job: Install 6 outdoor surveillance cameras around the house, including running cabling back to a central location. Work: Vlad and Roman made a significant effort to work with me to find the best places to mount the cameras and find ways to run the cables so as to do the least damage to our 30 year old home. They worked in cold temperatures and snowy conditions to get the job done. They even went so far as to pick up all of the specific parts I wanted from their supplier. Result: One very happy customer! Vlad and Roman were very careful to accommodate all of my very picky requests and did an excellent job. The wiring is clean and neat, very few holes in walls were made, and my house feels much more secure. I've had cabling done by other companies in the past, but Integrity has been by far the best. I would (and would only) hire them for my future cabling needs.

I had cut up some old decking material and tree branches that needed disposal. Junk It came quickly and at a convenient time. They were fast at loading and removing the garbage, and took the time to sweep up afterwards to ensure there was no mess. I'd be happy to have them back the next time I need waste removed.

We had a window break in our baby's room. Will worked around the baby's nap schedule to take measurements, and then a week later, had the window replaced. The work was great, he didn't leave any mess, his communication was excellent, he stayed on budget, and the cost was slightly below the median quote. I'll definitely have him back for my next window repair. Thanks, Will!

I had demolished an old deck and needed to get rid of the debris. The team picked up the nail-ridden wood from the curb on short notice, and accommodated my schedule. They were fast, hard working, and cleaned up carefully when they were done. The price was also very fair. I'd hire them again in a second. Thanks, Junk It!

I've had Val come to do plumbing repair twice, and had good experiences both times. 1. Install a kitchen faucet and snake a shower drain. 2. Replace 4 valves. In both cases, Val was very professional and diligent. Some of the work was more difficult than expected, but he didn't leave until the job was done, and done right. They use a fixed-price approach to the work, so the extra time didn't cost extra money, and was always at or under the estimate. I will be asking Val to come back to do additional work as soon as its needed.
