I was with ADT for 20 years and TELUS took over in 2020 where I was forced to upgrade to their wireless system (I had a front door replaced so they wouldn't hard wire the new door). After 3 years of issues since the remote IQ panel never connected properly to the main panel and I always had to replace the batteries in the wireless contacts, I cancelled my service since my contract expired and I was on a monthly plan. So many issues! Hopefully the cancelation process goes smoothly but we shall see.

I had a new front entry door installed and everything went well. The custom door looked better than expected! Very happy with my purchase and the installation process. I would recommend Nordik Windows & Doors!

Customer skills were less than desirable. Picked up two different types of tile and that's where the service ended. I called the next day to come and pick up schluter (tile boarder) and they told me they don't have it contrary to what they told me the day I bought tile. Then I called to ask if I can buy more of one type of tile as some of the ones I bought were damaged. They told me it's no longer in stock. After my tiling was done, I returned 6 extra tiles from the second set I bought and they told me that 'it doesn't look good when you walk in here to return tile first thing in the morning as it doesn't start our day off right". Wow! Well that's too bad because I wasn't coming back later just because they only wanted to serve customers where they could make a sale. Unbelievable.
