Great prices and friendly staff. We got a great Black Friday deal on a Toto toilet - quality brand and York Taps has a great selection of them. Given the challenges with COVID delivery times were significantly impacted. When we got to March and it didn't look like the toilet would be delivered any time soon, Khal called us to offer the newer, improved model of the toilet we order, that retailed for almost $200 more than we paid, at no additional cost and we could pick it up same day! A lot of other retailers would have just kept your money and kept you waiting - but Khal was more focused on having customer service and we're greatly appreciative. Love our toilet! Thanks Khal

Bought some beautiful outdoor lights but a defective batch and they developed rust within a few months of being installed. Spoke with Krissy Farrugia At customer service and she was exceptional! Genuinely taking the time to find a solution, suggesting alternatives and even offering a hassle free return. I was really anxious about calling in. Worried I’d be stuck with the product or a credit note - as so many high end stores tend to do. Not the case at all with Union. They don’t hover around when you are in the store browsing but are always willing to help and like I said the real proof of their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction was in dealing with our return. Can’t say enough about Krissy - she really is stellar! Best customer service experience I’ve ever had!
