Complete replacement of lawn in back yard. All done as quoted on time! Final result is much better than we hoped. We will definitely call again once we are settled into our new home.

The crew has just completed the installation of our new garden doors leading to the deck and we can't be happier with the results! This is the second time we have used Brock Doors and Windows to upgrade our home. The first time was in September of 2014 when they replaced all the basement windows (original 1961 single pane wood frame on hinges). We had no hesitation in calling the sales rep Sandy when we decided it was time to replace the double doors. As he did with the basement windows, he was at our home as scheduled, discussed our desires and helped us select the doors we want. The installation team was out to the house within a week to measure for the work. The doors arrived as promised. The work was done very efficiently and in under the estimated time! THIS is why we returned to Brock Doors! Thank you so much! We will be calling again when ready to replace the front door.

On a recommendation, we had Kevin visit last December to quote on removal of shrubs and saplings on fence line, old wire fence and posts, then install approximately 210 feet of 6 foot privacy fence and four gates. We received the quote the next day and singed it back to him for a spring start. This past Tuesday morning was the start of the project. The crew organized their equipment, had their project start meeting then got right at the cleanup work. Within a short time, all the vegetation was gone and the work started on the fence posts. On Kevin's recommendation, we decided to go with the 6x6 brown pressure treated posts and associated lumber for the fence and this turned out to be a very good decision. Once the fence started taking shape, we were very pleasantly surprised with how good it looks! The entire project was done by Friday, with the crew finishing the cleanup of the yard and removal of all left over material. The crew was very good about looking after the property, including a young willow tree near the back fence line which was planted as a commemoration of a friend who died of cancer. We can't thank them all enough for the work they did! The yard looks so much better now, with the shrubs gone, the yard looks almost twice the size we were used to. The new fence completely encloses the property from the front of the house on one side, all the way to the back, an=cross the back and forward on the opposite side to the driveway. What an excellent choice this has been! Thank you Kevin and crew, hope your year is the best ever, and leads to even greater successes each year following!

Had water backing up in basement bathroom so I snaked the drain and pulled out some roots. As soon as I saw that, I did an on line search and found Drain Works with many positive recommendations, so called them on a Thursday afternoon. We discussed the problem, which was not at that point an emergency, so we booked an appointment for Friday morning to do a camera inspection to identify the problem. Friday morning Armando arrived on time and with his assistant (sorry, I forgot his name) they were able to assess the entire drain system, identify not just the one root mass causing the backup, but 6 locations from the bathroom to the city line with root infiltration! Armando showed me the entire line on the monitor and we discussed the required work. He was very helpful in providing quotes on the spot for the minimum required repairs, an extended project to replace all the floor drains (old clay pipe under the concrete) and we discussed replacing the entire drain outside and the installation of the backwater valve. I booked the appointment for the required repairs, with the possibility of doing more work, as I had to discuss with the family. Armando said that was fine, just let him know Monday morning if I decided to do more. First thing Monday morning the crew arrived to start and I told Armando we would do the entire project. Inside, outside, valve. He wrote up the expanded quote and the crew got to work. Each morning of this project Frank was on site to oversee the work and discuss the day's activities with me. He also provided me with his cell phone number should I need to contact him any time. Wednesday they were finished the entire job! New concrete floor, entire new drain system including proper floor drain, drains for water tank, air conditioner, cleanouts for main line and the backwater valve. Armando was just here to review the clean up work, show me the final camera inspection of the entire system and demonstrate how to service the backwater valve. The entire process was amazingly smooth and very easy to follow. The crew did a wonderful job inside and out, from start to final cleaning! I can't say how happy we all are with this work. Drain Works will be the Go To company should we ever need future work, or know some one who needs plumbing work! Thank you Armando, Frank, William and all who was on site working!
