Buyer beware...It is important to note, that it appears they have some serious issues. We waited for over 4 months to recieve a partial shipment of our order. Although the order was manufactured within 5 weeks, we still had been told that they were not ready. Countless phone calls to Brandsmart were met with attitude and lies, and not until we spoke to the manufacturer directly did we get any answers at all. Based on my experience and the previous post, if you must buy from them, buy a floor model, or refuse to put down a deposit. And if you do...call every day to followup or nothing will be done. This was absolutely the most frustrating experience we have ever had dealing with anything!!! Be warned if you do put a deposit, you may end up losing it..
