I used the Mold Guy to check the quality of air in my home. The inspector was nice and took the time to answer all my questions (and I had many). I felt that it was reasonably priced. Best of all it was peace of mind knowing that the quality of air in my home was free of mold and impurities.

We had a great experience with Royal Work Corp. Nazar (their consultant) came to our house and explained all that was necessary to complete the interior waterproofing job we requested. They were priced fairly and were very reasonable. They were also the only company that discussed a rebate for installing a sump pump in our basement (all the other companies that we met with neglected to tell us anything). The day the workers were scheduled to come to our house they were early and worked efficiently to complete the job. I would recommend them for anyone that needs to waterproof their home.

Ioana and Luis are amazing. Ioana came to our house to review the scope of work that we required. She was EARLY to our appointment (it was such a pleasure to see a contractor come early). They started the work promptly (within a week). They were so easy to work with. Prior to starting the work they covered everything in our home so that no dust was exposed to any surfaces. They completed the work on time and did a phenomenal job. Along the way they were amazing at communicating what was finished, what was left to be completed and anything extra that need to be done. After the finished the work they cleaned the entire area that they worked on and more. I would definitely recommend and hire them for any future work in our home.
