Repair was completed earlier than expected even though it was 7:00 at night. Oleg was very friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and completed the fix effectively and timely. Oleg also fixed a couple other issues he discovered and for which we not were not a aware. All and all it was an excellent service experience.

The installation by Andrew and Daniel was highly professional. The guys were very cordial, efficient, informative and great to deal with. They make great salesmen in addition to been great installers.
On the weekend of January 9th our furnace suddenly starting making a terrible noise so I had to shut it down. I called Reliance and they said a service representative would be here within three hours. The service rep actually arrived within a hour. The service rep was extremely cordial and informative. He completed replacing the fan motor within an hour and we were up and running. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. We just recently moved to this place and he was extremely helpful in letting me know how this furnace worked along with its numerous filters and humidifier as the previous owner left no instructions or manuals. Greatly appreciated the time the service rep took to explain things. Can't say enough good things about the service.
