I have a newer house and 6 years ago i had to get my roof done (even if the house was only 7 years old) and when the contractor finished the job the advised me that i should be getting my gutters changed as the size of my gutters were too small for the pitch of the roof! I ignored it and was hoping that all would be good but now that I had some work down in my backyard the contractor told me my downspouts were split! I called Reynolds and Ryan was here within a couple of days to evaluate and get me pricing and he also suggested that with the pitch of my roof i would need to increase the size of my gutters. I agreed to the pricing and within a week they cam in and changed all my gutters. The crew that came over was fantastic and they mitered every corner (not the prefab ones) onsite The work was done in about 6 hours and hats off to them as my roof is really high and all of them were just climbing up that ladder like it was a walk in the park! They cleaned up everything before leaving and honestly we need more contractors like this in our area! Honest and willing to help! The colour of my water from my HWT was yellow and placed a call to have technician come and look at the issue. The technician was Christian Janssens and he flushed my tank to remove the sediments that had settled at the bottom of the tank. Christian is very professional and he told me to look at the water as it might take a week to clear up. He even told me to email him if I don't see any improvements on the colour of the water. Well i sent him an email and he called me back right away! Now that is what you call being dedicated to work! I really appreciate all that he has done and next week they are changing my tank! Thank you
