We have been depending on Ray's expert advice for several years and have recommended his services to friends and family. He built a new computer for us and when we had problems with the internet(not the computer) he took an evening, came to our home and refused to leave until everything was working perfectly. Ray not only has amazing knowledge of today's technology but he listens to his clients and I believe takes great pride in his chosen career. Kudos to Ray for caring about customer satisfaction!!!!

The day our furnace died, we contacted Reliance, we were not pleased with the lack of service response, however, the next day we received exemplary service from the service technician, Mark Sholtz, and the Home Comfort Advisor, Tony Gveric. Mark Sholtz went the extra mile to explain all the issues of our old system. It was recommended that we change out system instead of investing lots of money towards a 19 year old system. Tony was very helpful to explain all the information and give us comfort in getting the right solution for our home. He took the time and measured our entire home and did a proper heat loss and heat gain calculation. Also, because of our frustration with the initial service, Tony was able to provide us with a reasonable price. During the installation, which started at 8:30 am, the main installer, Dylan Kwiatkowski and his helper Howard Chung, worked diligently and very professionally, answered all the questions we had, were very pleasant, and helpful. They worked hard until approximately 7:30pm and made sure that everything was back they way they found it. They had to make holes in the ceiling and work in a very tight environment. The holes were nicely covered with spring loaded covers. I was amazed with how the installation looks, they changed all the old metal, re-routed piping, and it looks very professional. Also, they took the time to explain all the features, i.e. the thermostat, filter, safety switches, etc...I would have them in my home at any time due to their excellent work ethic. During the installation, the install manager, Mario Angeloni, also came to check that everything was running smoothly and he spent some time answering more questions. Also, a very positive experience for us.
