I had an appt for later on in the month and was notified the appt could be moved up sooner which was a huge plus. David and Haider came minutes before the actual time, another plus. David gave me options how to handle the project which was kind of him. They worked together with David precepting. I appreciate that. They had to get an electrical piece but came back within a reasonable time. Happy and relieved the job got done and I was able to go out and get my errands done. Thank you David and Haider for coming and doing a great job! This company doesnt disappoint. Their work speaks for itself!!

Valentin is a true professional! He informed me by text he was on his way and arrived ten minutes before the scheduled time. He works efficiently. Overall he exceeded my expectations. I mentioned that my dishwasher wasnt working because I thought it was because of the drain system. He looked and said it was because the shut off valves were off. I admit, I got teary eyed when the job was done. No more leaks!! I will definitely be calling him back w other projects. I sent his number to my coworker already. Valentin thank you soo much! One less weight off my mind.

Great and knowledgeable staff. Mark called to say they were on their way. By the time I got home, which wasnt long after, the old eavestrough was already off and they were measuring to put on the new pieces. Relieved the job is done and the eavestrough is seamless and much nicer. Thank you Mark and the staff of Gutter force. Will have Gutter force return to put on the leaf guards in the Fall. Thank you all!!

Jeff is absolutely stellar!! Definitely a man who knows his craft. Unclogging a bathroom sink was amazing. One hit of an air pump and sink was unclogged. Wicked! There was a glitch in the installation of the new toilet but Jeff knew how to fix it. Cleans up after himself well I must say. Will consider calling him to come back to take care of other projects. Thanks Jeff!

Steven is amazing!! Tripping the socket was a blessing in disguise. Steven educates as well as teaches. He will be re wiring a kitchen socket to separate the fridge from other appliances used. Steven is awesommme! Will be calling this company again for future electrical work. Thanks AC Electrical!!

As part of the Heating protection plan, Enercare provides their customers a complimentary maintenance. Here comes Anthony. Anthony,before he got started,asked if I had any questions and when I didn't he encouraged questions. As he got started, he explained what he was going to do and why he needed to do it. Anything that was of concern, he explained it and then asked for advice from his manager. At that point, Anthony, opened up the furnace and did a thorough assessment focusing on the parts that raised questions/concerns.Whenever I had questions, he would stop, give eye contact and answer my question(s). Anthony tested the furnace for carbon monoxide leaks and temperature. He went one step further and tested for leaks and venting from the water heater. When he was finished, he closed up the furnace putting it back how it was and then explained his findings. Anthony gave me a helpful tips booklet that gives information on the services that Enercare provides plus a business card from a consultant when I expressed interest for a new furnace. Anthony also included the cost I would have paid had I not had the plan. Overall, I'm pleased and relieved the furnace will get me through another winter. Furthermore, Anthony's findings will be documented so that the next technician will be aware and follow up the areas of concern and I will be informed if their is a further change in status of the furnace. I am very relieved. Thanks Anthony for a job well done!! Yay!

David, the sale rep, was fabulous. He wasn't pushy to have me buy a certain amount of windows as I've heard other sale reps do. David kept me up to date when the windows were ready and if there was change in schedule, he called me to arrange another day which would work for everyone. The installers, Eddy and Leon were great. They were thorough and knowledgeable about the product they were installing and then showed me how to use it when the windows were completed. I would recommend and have recommended them to another neighbor. I have a few more windows to do and will be a repeat customer. I am relieved that I purchased new windows from Clera and happy that it was installed by staff who knew what they were doing.
