Booked movers for 2:30pm. They showed up 2 hours and 45 minutes late. The friendly company contact was to find out where my movers were and call me back - but she forgot to call me back - so I called her again, she then told me replacement movers were on their way. I called her back at 5:05pm to check in, and got a message the office was closed. No emergency contact number, no way to find out if anyone was actually going to show up - all this while my elevator was booked from 3-5pm ...they finally showed up at 5:15pm. They did supply (belatedly) three movers for the price of two - and despite a few broken glasses were generally good. I would not recommend this company until it is better managed.
