We had Jim and the team install a tankless gas water heater. We chose Modern Home Energy because during our first meeting, they were very knowledgeable, letting us know pros cons of what we were looking to do as well as offering additional advice based on what they saw of our set-up. On install day the team was courteous, efficient and professional. They worked extremely hard all day and we are very pleased with the final results! We would definitely work with them again in the future!

I am a first time home buyer and was shopping around for home inspectors as a home inspection was a condition on my offer. I found allmax on this website as well as a number of other home inspections. I went with allmax because it had the best price but was worried that I would "get what I paid for". We had 3 days to get a home inspection completed after our offer was accepted and allmax called me back just an hour after I submitted a request for an appointment and had someone out there the next day. Gavin was our home inspector and he did absolutely amazing. Answered all the questions we had and pointed out a million things I wouldn't have known to look for. He took away all my worries about being a first time homebuyer and made me feel well informed about my purchase as well as next steps for everything he found. Great price, even better service. I would use all max every time and recommend them to anyone who asked.
