My overall experience with the store is that the staff is always busy and it is harder than most stores, to locate someone who can give help or advice when you need it. However there are generally some better experienced, usually older, associates who have a lot of expertise in their area(s) to give you the advice you need, and who do not treat you as just someone he or she needs to deal with. I recently got some help from one such associate when I was looking for a solution for countertop protection. He had the patience to give me all the options and their pros and cons. The important thing is find the appropriate person in the store to answer your questions.

The company does a good job making a daunting task simple and doable, especially for someone with no experience. The staff gave a clear presentation of available styles and options, and provided a precise schedule of the installation and delivery process, which was well followed. The price of the services may be higher than independent contractors but is worth it if you need services you can trust.
