Lee and his team were fantastic. Lee had several great ideas on how to adapt Ikea cabinets to fit our vision and our kitchen – he even custom made a few cabinets to fit non-standard dimensions. The install was done quickly and professionally. Any issues that came up were easily dealt with. The tile guy Lee used was also excellent – fast and meticulous. We did the demo, prep work, and electrical ourselves as we found Lee’s price for these to be a bit higher than we wanted, however his price for the install and tile work was very fair. We have and will continue to recommend Lee to our friends.

Rent-a-son moved us from our 800sq ft condo to a new house in August. The team showed up exactly on time and was ready to go as planned. They came fully equipped with all the blankets, dollies, and straps to secure our belongings. The team of 3 did a great job carefully wrapping all our furniture and never complained when heavy/awkward things had to go up or down stairs. Thanks Franco, Chris, and Jason. It was a great service, but was somewhat expensive.

I contacted George about installing a natural gas line for a BBQ. It was not the easiest run (underneath an extension) but George did a great job. He was very prompt in his replies to me, and showed up and completed on time.

We purchased our house without a home inspection, lived in it for a while to identify any issues that came up in day to day life, then we called Vahn at Solex to do an inspection to make sure we were not missing anything more serious. Vahn spent a lot of time with us as he went through the house, and performed a more detailed inspection than I have seen others do in the past. I would highly recommend paying the slight extra fee for the IR camera work – this was very informative (found areas of missing insulation) and reassuring (didn’t find any areas with moisture – also confirmed by a moisture meter). His report was also very detailed, with lots of pictures and diagrams. I would highly recommend Vahn and Solex.
