I had the gutters replace in the fall of 2018. The work seemed to be done well and overall have been happy with the gutters and install but follow up work has yet to be completed. In the summer of 2019, I noticed one corner of the gutters leaked and water was falling onto a spot on the lawn. Due to the height of the gutter, the water essentially left a large bald spot on the lawn that could never grow grass. I've contacted the company repeatedly and finally got someone to come to look at it but since then no communication by either text or calls. I've left numerous voicemails and text messages with no replies. The gutter is way too high for me to reach to repair myself but I shouldn't have to make the attempt as the work should be warrantied and rectified. I would avoid this company as their follow up is horrible in the event there is a problem with the install.

My contractor was planned to do the tile work in our reno. We were doing a major reno with mainfloor and all bathrooms gutted. All work leading up to the tiling was done well but when some of the rooms were completed, we were not happy with the final finish and were getting excuses why the tiles weren't level and had lipage etc. There was no talk of replacing the entire floor and having it redone. Two of the rooms had expensive marble laid which made us even more upset about the whole situation. Only suggestion was to replace few tiles here and there. We had them stop immediately and we had to find someone else. We came across Celebre as I see there shop everytime I drive by. Mike was my initial contact. Great guy. Took the time to explain things and didn't make me feel rushed. Took all my calls leading up to it. They had Johnny to finish the work. This guy is a machine. Worked from 7am-9pm most days to get the job done in a week where everyone else was saying two (we were on a time crunch which helped). Our side landing (again marble was used here) was placed w/ too wide of a grout line compared to what we had discussed before. Mike didn't give me any BS excuses and ripped up the newly laid floor, supplied the new marble (was even better quality than we had purchased) and relaid. Didn't ask for extra money or anything. They also had Johnny come back a few times to finish up odds and ends after the main job was done. I would definitely use them again for any tile work.

We went through a major reno where the main floor was gutted. Was advised to rip up entire flooring on main floor including the old solid hardwood. Same was told to us by our designer and the contractors flooring guy. We wanted additional quotes and opinions as myself and my wife loved the old flooring especially since it had an exotic wood border and multiple width planks (our contractor and designer didn't tell us to get that type of flooring done is a lot more expensive). Francisco came in and told us to leave the flooring in some of the rooms and he would be able to add new flooring everywhere else and it will all look new. Him and his team did an amazing job and if we ever need any flooring again, we'll be calling him only as I see no reason to try anyone else. He's also been very helpful for minor changes and fixes for items needed after he completed his job. I will post pictures later.
