As a General Contractor, I have never come across a less trustworthy, more unreliable, more incapable company. A job they said would take 2 weeks took 8 months, and actually never got finished. They rarely showed up more than two days in a row, and often two to three weeks between visits. Almost everything was incorrectly installed and had to be repaired, or reinstalled. No installation manuals ever showed up on site, even though they were readily available, and all mistakes were clearly covered in the manuals. The workers took absolutely no care when working in the house. They cut holes through carpet, they never used any drop sheets or cleaned up after themselves, and they cut through structural members within the house to install their ducts. Unbelievably bad service, and I've seen some of the worst.

- Be on time, Learn how to do their job, Be more careful, Be more respectful, Clean up, Don't cut through structure, Stick around till the job is finished, etc. etc.

- Go somewhere else.
