She was patient and helpful, and promised that Alex, the Operations Supervisor for GTA would come to inspect. Alex is one of those professionals who knows his trade inside out, can answer any questions you may have, and is not trying to push extra work where you could do the job yourself. He is also thorough enough to notice details that you may have missed. And it turned out we missed what looked like asbestos tiles.... I received a quote from Alex as soon as the lab confirmed the asbestos, and he confirmed that they had a crew that could start the work within two days. I have worked on several home renovations, and I was so impressed by this point that, unlike my usual practice, I did not even get other quotes for the job. The technicians arrived early to accommodate my schedule, worked efficiently, and left the job site clean. Alex was involved the whole time, visiting the site, and was willing to answer any and all questions even after the job was done. I would recommend Canada's Restoration Service without hesitation -- they have gone out of their way to create a safe environment for my family.

I found Derek through HomeStars and already recommended his services to a neighbour. I asked him to cut down a small tree and clean up some others so that animals could not get on the roof. He came on time with his crew, they worked fast, did what we agreed on, and cleaned up everything. His price was also a lot better than some of the other quotes I got.

Halina has been doing our external and internal spraying for years. She is very knowledgable, comes when she says she would, works very efficiently, and after each spraying we are good for a year. One of the best things she offers is that, should the rain wash away the chemicals, she will come back and respray.

Janice was the bright spot of the renovation process, and truly made "the house" feel like our home. She is very efficient, but is also a lot of fun to work with. She has unparalleled expertise and taste, and does not involve her ego in the creative process -- she recognizes that she is helping you with your home, and not just working on another project. If she does nothing else but helps you with choosing your colours she will have made all the difference in the world.

This is the third time that I renovated/redecorated our home in the past 13 years, and on each occasion, I asked Superior Closets to make units for us. I knew after the first time we worked together that I would not go to anyone else for custom-built units. Joseph came to the house whenever we needed help, offered invaluable advice, sent his proposal with drawings within a day, and his crew delivered and installed when he said they would, or even sooner on a couple of occasions! I spoke to Brian to book the cleaning service, and was very happy with how quickly he could squeeze the job in. Peter did a very thorough job on cleaning the windows and screens, both inside and out, but I was surprised to find when he left that he did not wipe off the window sills. The pricing is higher than average, but it was transparent (I got a detailed receipt), and the quality of the service is definitely higher than other providers I used.

This was my second time calling Joe in a crunch (this time I needed to move two full size fridges), and he once again came to the rescue. Amazingly professional, careful, clean, and fast - I would not use anyone else, and recommend him without hesitation. Thanks again Joe!

I called Joe of Europa based on the reviews here. Even before we agreed that he would do my move, he gave amazing advice: get your own storage because if the company you use does not pay the storage bills, you can say goodbye to your stuff... Joe accommodated my date and time request to the best of his ability despite the peak moving time; worked amazingly quickly yet carefully; was helpful and courteous throughout the entire process; and managed to fit every last piece into a storage unit that most other movers would have said would have dismissed as way too small. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him without hesitation.

I called Aubrey based on the reviews here, and would definitely use his services again. He fixed the fridge on the spot, explained what the problem was; and then advised me not to spend money on fixing an old washer and dryer, but buy something new instead.
