Maala responded to our request to quote and was more thorough (and helpful!) than anyone else when asking necessary questions. Thanks to him, we realized what we had envisioned wasn't going to work and we proceeded in a different direction but we are grateful for his input. If we ever need any hardwood work done in the future, we will definitely be calling him.

Gokhan was lightening quick to respond to our request to quote, was easy to deal with, showed up on time to complete the work and did a fantastic job (including clean up) for what we consider to be a very competitive rate. The carpets look like new and we are very happy.

I'll be brief. Ray and his brother showed up on time and completed what I would consider to be the best driveway sealing experience I have ever had. Perimeter weeds scraped out, cracks sealed with sand, didn't scrimp one bit on amount of sealant used ..... I will definitely ask them to come back next year.

First time I have used Mr. Handyman of Mississauga & Etobicoke and couldn't be happier. Paticia who runs the office was pleasant and flexible when booking appointments and arranging for payment. Claudio and Tony who did the actual physical work on site were punctual, professional and obviously know what they're doing. I won't hesitate to call Mr. Handyman if something else comes up around the house that I can't handle on my own.

We needed mirrored sliding doors on main hallway closet replaced with new wood french doors. Yassar came to our house to preview the job, identify required materials and jointly agree who would obtain, timing and cost. He and his helper showed up on time and did a great job including cleanup. Just what we wanted - no BS and quality job done on time on budget. I am positive we will ask him to come back and handle the next project my Wife comes up with.

We wanted to replace Builder's doors out of our kitchen and, since we had been pleased with our Pella experience in our our previous home, decided to contact them again. Kent Foster came to our house to explain the options and pricing and was very knowledgeable about the product and pleasant and professional to deal with. The doors were ready pretty much on schedule and the two gentlemen who did the install were nothing short of awesome. One item of note is that the screens we thought we were getting were not part of the original order and, upon reflection, it was a miscommunication as much on our part as on Kent's as we asked him to prepare several quotes (in fact, the final order we signed clearly did NOT include screens) - all I can say is that Kent and his Boss, Jon Buchanan, went above and beyond to rectify the situation and, for that, we are very greatful and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

We originally contracted Sunrise to do our exterior windows and we can't say enough about the high quality job Daniel and his helper did. The only problem was that, after they had finished the outside windows, we realized how dirty the insides were lol. To make a long story short, Ashley was able to fit us in for the next morning and Daniel was back again right on time to do the inside (including washing the screens). We can't say enough good things about Daniel - his attention to detail, care around our furniture and floors and pleasant personality made the whole experience totally painless and carefree (he even redid some spots he saw on the outside when he was cleaning the inside that we hadn't even noticed!). Quite honestly, this is one of the best customer service experiences we have EVER had!

We have recently downsized and needed to replace the tile floor in our kitchen. Since we had used Speers Flooring to do work in our previous house and were simply blown away at that time by their attention to detail, quality of craftsmanship and competitive pricing, we decided they would be the only Company we needed to call this time around. The Owner, Peter, personally attended our house within days of our call and made suggestions as to what could/should be done and we received a detailed quote within 24 hours of his visit. Tile selection was next and we found the Showroom staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. Finally the existing floor demo and new tile install - Sigitas & Eddy completed the job in only 4 days and we can't speak highly enough of the job they did. Not sure if another floor is in our future but, if it is, we know who we'll call!

We hired Andrew to reinforce and paint our dining room walls and install a new barn door we purchased. Now that the project is finished (the door looks fantastic!) you can't even tell he cut/repaired the drywall and/or built a new bulkhead - we are super impressed and will definitely call him the next time we need work done.

Furnace stopped working this morning and called Reliance who committed to a 10AM - 2PM service call today. Tech Jon S called enroute and arrived approx 1:30PM. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and took the time to explain what had caused it and what he was going to do to fix it (no parts required!). He was courteous and professional and I think it would be nice if Reliance could do something a little extra for him - he is a great representative for a Company that I would most certainly (highly) recommend.
