I learned a lot from Nick. Why "not" to buy cheaply made mass produced handlesets. Why changing your locks is "not" a DIY job (not if you want it done right. Every millimetre matters. Right, Nick? Not only did Nick do a tremendous job with installation, he helped me select the style and finish that best suits our door. "Wife Approved"!! Nick also addressed the proper maintenance fir the lock, how to properly use it so as not to abuse it, and even pointed out that our front door has shifted, what to keep an eye out for, and what to do to fix it.
