The Enercare service technician who came for my furnace maintenance was outstanding. He followed Covid protocol so I had zero concerns. After he finished, he explained everything about my furnace and also the ducts as well as the rental hot water tank which he informed me could be exchanged for a new one due to its age. He was polite, professional and thorough. Thank you Enercare for the outstanding service!

I called to book a plumbing appointment with Enercare and was given a time and date only a couple of days away. Perfect! It was a Sunday - the Enercare technician, Donato, called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I explained the issue as best I could - Donato quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, informed me of potential next steps - situation fixed! Donato was so professional, friendly and informative. I so much appreciated that he was able to rectify the issue so quickly and it was Easter Sunday! Thank you, Donato for a job well done - you made my day!!

It was my lucky day when I found Dragosh's phone number and called him at Woodpecker Flooring. When he answered, I told him I had two small bedrooms covered in carpet (for over 20 years) with oak flooring underneath which I was anxious to have refinished. He told me he could drop by in a couple of hours to check out the job. He arrived, told me what he would do and even offered to take up the carpet. He priced the job well within my affordability and we agreed that he would come by in a few days. Dragosh came on the day that we agreed upon, at the time he said he would and took outstanding care to ensure that the path he needed to bring his equipment in, was well protected. Dragosh needed a few days to complete the job and each day, he was on time and worked non-stop on the floors. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable with a fantastic work ethic. He cleaned up after each work day and told me what he had done and what the next step would be. The final result? Amazing! Beautiful! Perfect! I am so happy that I finally have the floors I have wanted for many years. All visitors to my home have commented on how lovely and perfect they are. Many thanks to Dragosh. About 5 years ago I asked Architectural Iron Works to design and install a wrought iron railing for my front porch - it was beautiful. Our Canadian weather caused it to eventually fade and it needed to be repainted. I didn't want to do it myself - I asked Assad if he could arrange to have one of his professionals do it. Assad sent someone over to do the job and it looks brand new again. Thank you so much for this. So much appreciated. I highly recommend Architectural Iron Works.

Thanks to Architectural Iron Works for an outstanding job. I had asked for a wrought iron railing for my front porch. I saw one a few streets away that I thought would look nice. Asad came and measured the porch, made the railing from looking at the photograph of the design I wanted and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect job. The install was very quick and the railing has enhanced the look of my home. I would highly recommend this company for wrought iron work - very professional, talented company. Thanks to Asad for an excellent job. I received many compliments from my neighbours who were also very impressed.

A big thank you to Andy at A & A for an absolutely perfect job. I had asked for my crumbling porch to be replaced with a larger one in flagstone and for the existing sidewalk to be dug up and replaced with new concrete. The result was outstanding. Andy went out of his way to ensure that I was always aware of the progress of the project. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and my neighbours are still commenting on the beautiful porch and sidewalk. As well, Andy had the wrought iron railing hand-built to accommodate what I had asked for and yet again, another perfect result. A man true to his word, Andy promised to replace the Japanese maple tree that was accidentally run over by a digger and as a matter of fact, I just returned from a shopping trip to Humber Nurseries with Andy, who without hesitation, picked up the bill for the new tree. I would highly recommend A & A for your next project - a professionally run business and everyone who worked on the project was polite, friendly, answered all my questions and all extremely talented.

First time for duct cleaning at our home (and the house is 60 years old) - Shawn took before pics which showed about 3 inches of dust and dirt - after pics - unbelievable difference - spotless. Shawn and Peter were professional, offered suggestions on how often to have the ducts cleaned, how often to clean the furnace filter. They replaced all the vents that had to be removed. I highly recommend their services. Great guys! Great job! Thank you!
