We had our first appointment booked with Scott but he didn't show. Eventually he did and although it was a week later than he promised it we were pleased with the design and his advise. The installer, Tim, was great and all was well..... except for the missing cabinet, 2 damaged pieces, drawers that were pre-drilled for handles that wouldn't fit that size drawer. (I think Scott should have caught that one) and a metal cutlery tray instead of the wood one we were ordered. Several weeks later Tim returned to remedy the problems and all was great..... except the doors on the previously missing cabinet were pre-drilled for the wrong handles and they didn't send the soft close hardware that was promised. The replacement drawer fronts were the wrong size and they didn't send any knobs for them. They also sent a door we didn't have a cupboard for and yet another metal cutlery door and still no wooden one. Scott has not replied to the 2 emails I sent him about this so I don't know when Raywal will take another shot at getting this right. The sad thing is I really like the new kitchen but this lack of attention to detail has really taken much of the pleasure out of this rather large investment that we were initially very excited about. We also ordered our Quartz countertop through Raywal and the people at Cambria were prompt, courteous and very professional. Raywal could really learn something from them.
