This is not our first time ordering from Toute Suite, and will certainly not be our last (we've ordered our sofa for our family room, two accent chairs, and one ottoman from them so far, plus the bed this time). Always a pleasure working with Vish (owner of Toute Suite), who is professional and always customer-centric. We were looking for an upholstery King-size bed for our master bedroom. We didn't have a good idea of the style we wanted, so we looked around other retail stores first. As it was always the case with most retail stores, there wasn't much flexibility in terms of customization (unless budget is not an issue to you of course) and choices were rather limited. We then emailed Vish the style we had in mind and wanted to see what he could offer. He promptly replied back with catalogue from local furniture suppliers that included beds in our selected styles. We picked out the one we wanted and asked him the possibility of modifying some details more to our liking (incl. removing the studs lining the headboard). He promptly confirmed the feasibility of the customization, gave advice on the fabric selection when we asked, and put through the order. Note that since we ordered a sofa from him before, there is a store credit reward he put on our file, which he (without us asking, since we've forgotten ourselves) offered it to us when we put down the order for the bed. As the bed is made locally (unlike many of the other retailer stores where shipment comes from the states, meaning customers have to wait for weeks and weeks), we got our bed within 3 weeks. His delivery team was just as good, very flexible in terms of time of the delivery, and helped us put together the bed, leaving us with no extra work at all. Thanks Vish for your help once again. When we showed our bed to our friends and family, they were all very amazed at the good quality of the bed we got. We look forward to continuing working with Toute Suite in the future, and won't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone else out there who're looking for a trusted boutique furniture store that delivers quality furniture.

I found Toute Suite online when I was looking for the perfect sectional for my family room. I definitely looked around, from the boutique furniture stores on Queen Street, to brand name stores in the city. We're a young couple who just purchased our first house. While we had grand visions for our place, budget is definitely a concern for us. Some of the stores we visited either didn't have the type of sofa we had in mind, or their prices were just way above what we could afford. Not saying those other stores didn't have great selection, it's just that we had specific requirements in mind such as a high back, a length that just fits our space but not with those cube type of sectionals, good colour selection, a specific height (since we're both tall), just to name a few. We then stumbled upon Toute Suite. The store isn't that big, but it's got some very tasteful items on display. What's more is you can customize all your furniture, which is exactly what we need for picky shoppers like us. We ended up purchasing a sectional from Toute Suite in the colour and style we both wanted. Price wise, Toute Suite is also reasonable. We had the pleasure of working with Vish, who has been a great help throughout our furniture shopping process. We sometimes just tell him what we have in mind, and he goes on to do the search for us. On top of that, he offers top-notch customer service. During the delivery of our sectional, our French door was slightly damaged. We talked to Vish, and he promised to have the door fixed for us. However, since it's a very small job, it was very difficult for him to find someone to accept the job. However, throughout the process, he kept us updated on his progress and assured us he'd make sure it gets done. In the end, he found us a wonderful handyman who got the job done beautifully. I would definitely recommend this store.
