Our family rented a furnace and air-conditioner from Reliance as we were lead to believe that Reliance was a stand up company and by renting, we would be able to alleviate all the normal problems with owning a furnace. Reliance is without a doubt the WORST company we've ever dealt with. 5 days without heat when it was -25 celcius and a 9 month old baby in the house. Total runaround form the service department and no one in this company wants to be responsible for anything. We've called Reliance no less than 25 times, literally, to try and have our issues resolved. They are unresponsive and do not care about their clients. We've booked 4 appointments to have the filter changed and service techs show up and leave without doing the required work. If you give this company your money then fair warning and you throwing it away. I never write negative reviews but this has been such a horrible experience, I felt obligated to share my terrible experience. BEWARE of the wolf in sheeps clothing.

We had a blocked drain first thing in the morning, the company responded quickly and sent a technician to our home within hours. The technician was professional, explained the whole process step by step and made us completely comfortable with the process. Our salesman Patrick was great! Walked us through all of our options and setup our appointment for a Monday morning. Techs arrived onetime and were courteous and well trained. Mark and Skylar worked very well to ensure we received great service. We are very happy with our decision!
