(This review has been a long time coming, but after some unforeseen personal circumstances, we finally were able to write this!) Up until recently, we had a really difficult time finding a replacement contractor who was as loyal, friendly and professional, honest, fair, highly knowledgeable, with good communication and excellent workmanship as who we had. All of these qualities we were blessed to find in Max. He has worked on quite a few projects in our home within the past year: some repair and replacement work on the outside corner of our house (removal of rotted wood and installation of new wood, etc. within exterior corner bracket), demolition of our patio that had rotted wood (and soon-to-be new patio to be built), repair and rebuilding of section of dining room ceiling from a leak, and a big job tearing down a bedroom wall which had a carpenter ant nest in it (as well, replacing the rotted wood, etc. within the wall, including the installation of new drywall) and much more. We have been thoroughly satisfied and appreciative with every project he completed for us. We would not hesitate to hire him for any future projects and would gladly recommend him to others. ($0 entered as Max worked on various projects for us, but we find his fee for his services very fair and reasonable.)

We were (and still are) pleased and grateful to have called Power Pest Control Toronto for our carpenter ant problem. We exhausted natural ways to rid of the ants entering upstairs (turns out we also had moisture inside the walls in one corner of the house the ants were congregating around). On May 9th, 2022, Peter came, assessed inside and outside of the house, made suggestions, and looked after the problem (sprayed, etc). We found Peter punctual, professional, a great source of information about pests, etc, and friendly. So far, we have only seen a fee carpenter ants (maybe stragglers) and other pests either dead or dying. We would call Peter again for any future pest issues and would highly recommend him to others! We requested an assessment (which was free) with Foam Comfort Inc. regarding removing some of the existing insulation and applying a (foam) vapour barrier in our attic. We appreciated the great customer service we received from Diane on the phone, and Dan's prompt arrival, friendliness and genuine share of advice from the time he came to his departure. We weren't able to further use their services, as no further action ended up being required. We would definitely use their services in the future, if needed, as well, we will certainly recommend their company to others. Thank you, Diane and Dan for everything. Phil and Alan came, on August 4, 2015, to remediate the mold in our attic. Immediately, we noticed how courteous and pleasant they were (early mornings don't always jive with everyone). They worked efficiently, did a great job cleaning up (you couldn't even tell they were there) and were very thorough in explaining what else needed to be done. We also were very satisfied with our interaction in communicating with Ross, Kay and Erin. How a company communicates and interacts with us is very important when having to deal with people helping make our home safe.
