Went to turn on my central AC for the first time this season and it would not start up. Brae and his assistant came over during the time we had agreed on and they quickly found the issue (broken wire) and also discovered the refrigerant needed to be replenished. They explained everything as they went along and had everything fixed and running within about an hour. Would highly recommend you call Brae for any AC or furnace issues!

Had a great experience today. Had a leaky kitchen faucet replaced and a toilet fixed. Plumber was very friendly, showed up on time, answered my questions, expalained some things and made some recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Caldwell again.

My sales person, Karen was very knowledgeable and personable and made the purchase experience very pleasant. They were more than willing to work with my work schedule to do the delivery when it was convenient for me. The delivery guys were awesome - on time, very friendly and efficient. They had my BBQ brought up to my second floor deck and hooked up in no time. And I got a detailed tutorial on how to use my new BBQ before they left. I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a BBQ.

After moving into my house recently I noticed the exhaust fan in my laundry room that was not working. Scott came out on a Sunday and figured out what the issue was (the builder had not hooked the wiring up to the switch) and got it up and running in no time. Communication with Scott was great - he indicated he would call me an hour before the appointment (which he did) and he showed up on time. My experience with Gord's Electric was a positive one and I would highly recommend the company.
