Vaughn has done several home inspections fo me, and every time he has done a very thorough and professional job. I would very highly recommend him and the Solex system.

The Solex Group system is simple....put the clients interests first. I typically spend more time on my home inspections than most (more time to inspect the home and then to prepare the report). We are in the process of buying a rural property, and even though I am an electrician, I wanted a home inspection due to the complexity of the residence. After reading HomeStars reviews, we chose to go with Solex. I'm glad we did. Vahn Balabanian was exceptionally thorough and professional. He spent 4 hours on site with me, and wen through all areas of the house. Within 24 hours we received a 110 page report which was very detailed and informative. He noticed a lot of issues that I would have overlooked, even with my experience in construction. We definitely will use him again, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home inspector. Thanks for all your help Vahn. You saved us thousands of dollars! Best $475 I spent this year.
