They contacted us very fast. Gave us the price and came on time. They were professional all ways around. They cleaned up after themselves and we were very satisfied. We will hire them again if we need insulation again.

First, they contacted me right away. Gave me a very reasonable quote. They were very friendly over the phone. I could tell the person was smiling. Mike came from Mr. Handyman. He was amazing. He came before the time. I had him change my toilet as it was moving. He explained everything that he had to do and why. I also asked about putting in a vent for the bathroom as I was told by a previous roofer that I did not have one. Well guess what ... he was very honest and showed me that I do have one. He cleaned up after himself and brought all the heavy stuff outside. I will 100% use them over and over again.

Enbridge used a third party installer called Canadian Choice to install my new air conditioner. They did a great job fixing the old pipes so the water goes in the proper place and they were very professional. They put the air conditioner in the front for the recycling for metal and they put the the boxes from the air conditioning and its parts on the side of the house neatly folded for the next recycling. They cost of the air conditioner and the service program is done through Alliance and Enbridge. There were 2 issues. They left the backdoor open when they left which I did not know. My tenant told me and it kept in lots of insects and they left a small mess in the basement were the furnace was but it wasn't too much.

The Reliance salesperson was very professional and very nice but he seemed to be in a small rush to get to the next person. Explain the difference between a low energy air conditioning and a high efficiency air conditioner unit so we went with the highest efficiency air conditioner as it would in the end save us money. He helped us with the financing of it and he made it very clear of which one would be best for our situation. He also explained how when we do that program that there is maintenance included and we really appreciate it. As our old air conditioner broke down after 3 years.
