First let me say that this is a follow up of a previous review that was written on the day the re-upholstered furniture was delivered. In addition to the three piece sectional ViVi had reupholstered a sofa and love seat which were very well done. At any rate I spoke to Sarah about the sectional and as a result Vince came to the house and saw the issues and told me that the problems would be addressed- his work was guaranteed and I should set up a date for pick up. I spoke to Sarah- no problem- that she would contact me in the new year to set up a date. I wasn’t contacted so I called and left a message- no return call and more recently I contacted ViVi and no response. I originally went to ViVi to get the sofa and love seat done- an easy job of just putting on a new fabric. I mentioned that I had a pretty run down sectional and Sarah said that they would have no problem bringing it back to it’s original “self”... that didn’t happen. So what are the problems? To start with.. the spring mechanism at base of one area of the sofa, the armrests were not put on as per the original design, one of the back pillows not cut to proper fitting size and the sewing of the fabric around some of the cushions appear “off” resulting in a loose fit..... My original entry was made about two years ago....and I only am writing this review because I feel that ViVi has had enough time to resolve the issues and onviously has no plans to do so....

From my understanding you were in the process of re-organizing your home and that you would contact me when you were ready for us to pickup the sectional. I asked to be contacting in the new year because we were in the process of moving to a larger location. I do not recall receiving any calls to arrange your pickup, but unfortunately during that time I was not in the office very often due to family emergencies.
