When we started the process to look for a company to renovate our primary ensuite I was looking for a few simple things that for me forms the character of a business. consistency, professionalism, communication. SLG delivered. They were the first company that was willing to take on purchasing all of the materials required. We liked the convenience of this because of our hectic life and it saved us quite a bit of time. From the moment I meet Jack he did what he said, showed up on time and on the initial meeting, when it was wet outside, he left his shoes outside instead of bringing them in with out being asked. This is a small detail but it told me they would be careful and would respect our home. He constantly communicated options for me to choose, which on a few occasions made me wonder if he slept, as he responded to my late night messages in the wee hours. His crew were the most professional, respectful guys. They took great pride in their work and went the extra mile to satisfy us. They were easy to communicate with and each day protected the work area then clean up after themselves before leaving for the day. The project bled into other parts of the home and they took this on with the same enthusiasm and professionalism. They even hired a professional cleaner to clean up the areas they worked before handing over. This was a first for us, along with the very generous gift (champagne) that they gave to us at the end of the project - way above industry standard. The end product - a classy modern ensuite that we are happily enjoying. They have renewed our faith in having a smooth project with contractors. Thanks again SLG and crew. We will be calling them in again for other projects and would readily refer them to family and friends.
