While building our new home my wife and I met many contractors. We highly recommend Alex and his team for all your insulation needs. They are professional, prompt, clean and extremely knowledgeable. They ensure the job is done right. Insta-Insulation was responsible for spray foaming all the wall cavities on each floor(basement, main and second). The floor joist ends. Full blown in cellulose for the attic. They were very thorough on how they applied all the accoustic seal and the poly with the batts on the tray ceilings ensuring that it was done correctly. The temperature is very consistent throughout the whole house. The spray foam is definitely worth the extra cost. We have the same energy bills as our old bungalow which was half the size.

After meeting many different plumbers and contractors for our new project which involved new drains, rough in and new plumbing throughout our new custom built home. My family and I chose to go with the O'Donnells. Being a family run business enables them to ensure high quality service and workmanship. We are extremely happy with our decision. Quite simply do not waste your time getting other quotes from different removal companies. Robert the owner of Templar will treat you fairly, and most importantly do the job right and on time and within budget. His teams were always on time as discussed and agreed upon. They always kept us well informed. David the operations manager handled our complicated removal seamlessly.
