Work order: 448518 - Ricky was very professional and knowledgeable. I had issues with my GE combo washer/dryer unit (which was still under warranty). The lid was not locking so I had to babysit my laundry and apply pressure whenever the lid had to be locked. This was frustrating as the wash would not proceed otherwise. Ricky was able to quickly identify the problem and quickly fix it.
