We needed to have a load bearing wall removed from our kitchen area. When I first talked to Steve, he professionally described what options there might be suitable for our kitchen. Talking to him and understanding that there are different options to remove the wall felt like a big relief especially after dealing with an unprofessional contractor. He came to our house on a very short notice and spent some time to inspect all house structure. And in a less than a week, they removed the load bearing wall without any problem. It was very quick and satisfying. Steve and his team did a great job! Thank you so much again.

We have recently bought a few appliance for our new kitchen. One of the items we purchased from the Badboy is KitchenAid ®30" Downdraft Electric Cooktop (Model: KECD807XBL) We have recently started using it as our kitchen renovation has just completed. It has been just a couple days and started to see some scratch like stuff right on the cooktop, they look like water-drop cannot be cleaned off, we tried to remove them but they don`t seem to be going away. As soon as soon we noticed this, we started to check internet to see if anybody else had the same problem. We were amazed to see that there are many customers complaining about the similar problems. And worse thing is that they say Kitchenaid Customer Support is really bad, they don`t respond well, they don`t seem to really care about this issue. Now I am asking to Badboy staff, please help us on this issue, we were so happy to buy all these appliances from your for our newly renovated kitchen but now this issue is really concerning us.
