Since my original review, Ihor and Joe from Weather Pro Windows and Doors have been in touch with me. They apologized for the missed communication, and visited my home to inspect the installation. Due to what has been attributed to a language barrier, the incorrect window did get ordered, and upon inspection Weather Pro agrees that an insufficient amount of sealing was done during the original installation. The window supplied however allowed for minimum impact to interior finishing (tiling), and matched the exterior look of the other existing windows on our home. For my primary concern, being prevention of water infiltration, Weather Pro will be replacing the sealant and ensuring it will be correctly applied in order to penetrate as deep between the window and stucco as possible. They advise that from both the sealant, and the spray foam insulation as backup, no moisture will penetrate the interior. Weather Pro is confident enough that they are providing me with a 15 year warranty covering the cost of any damage due to water infiltration to easy my concerns.
