Steve did a great job of evaluating and advising on the cleaning job that we needed. Just the basic since it was not too dirty. He made sure to protect our new furnace filter so that while he was cleaning it was not affected. Very satisfied with the work.

New Furnace, Air Conditioning and Humidifier
From sales to installation, everyone was professional and did a great job. There was a problem putting the air conditioning unit in the backyard since the space between the houses was too narrow. Spring Home had to take apart part of a fence and they did it quickly and put it back together perfectly. Very happy with the work done.
Hi Cindy, Thank you for your review. yeah...it was a challenge to bring the AC but the installation must be done as promised. We'll see you in the summer.
New front walkway, steps and backyard patio
Raffy, Marcelo and staff did a great job with the front and back of the house. My walkway was narrow and unattractive and the steps were uneven. The change is amazing. I used to enter the house from the garage just so I didn't have to see the front. Not anymore! The large crew worked very hard and made every effort to take into consideration everything that I requested. Thank you Elite.

PolyWood shutters installed in kitchen and den
We're glad we chose Amazing Windows after reading the reviews here. Our polywood shutters really make the kitchen and den look amazing! The den was recently renovated and we wanted a clean fresh look to go with the room. Just love it now. The kitchen has a sliding door to the back and two side windows. The shutters look great and we couldn't be happier with Alex and the crew.
We needed part of our basement redone and wanted someone who was reliable, reachable, professional and someone we felt comfortable working with. Stan’s company is listed with Renomark and that gave us added peace of mind to go ahead and hire him. We are very happy with the job. Stan was always available to go over items that needed to get done and anything not done exactly right was corrected. Very easy going to work with as are all of his crew. Wasn’t planning to add a bathroom to the basement but Stan showed us that it was possible and at a reasonable cost. We were a challenge because we added work that was not in the estimate but we kept thinking of things that needed to be done all around the house and Stan and his crew were always accommodating. A special thanks to Erna who put up with our never-ending paint jobs.
Jeff from Drainworks came exactly on time and replaced our kitchen faucet which was dripping and difficult to turn off. At my husbands request he also removed an instant hot water box which was located underneath the sink. Jeff stated that the turn off valve was iffy for the hot water box and that he might have to also remove the faucet as well if it leaked. The box was removed and everything seemed ok. The next day I found the laundry room floor soaking wet as a result of a leak from the turn off valve. My husband stopped the leak by turning the valve tighter. It was disappointing that it had not been checked more carefully. We also had a problem with the taste of the water from the new tap. It tasted metallic and only after two calls to drainworks did we get advice to run the tap for a time to clear things up.
**Thanks CSB** We value your input, but we are not too sure what was disappointing. Your Husband requested for Jeff to remove the instant hot box and Jeff made your husband aware that the shut off valve for it was iffy, your husband still wanted to proceed, therefore accepting the risk involved in using said iffy shut off valve. Also we should note, Jeff did this work as a courtesy at no charge. It is not that our work was not carefully checked at completion as you stated, but rather there was no leak present when the work was tested at completion, your husband was on site during this test. The alternative would have been to charge you to repair something that was not leaking. That hardly seems fair. It is true that you called in regarding the metallic taste in the water, and you were made aware to give it a few days of use to dissipate or we could send Jeff back over to assess. You opted to wait. The next day you called with the same metallic taste issue and were informed to quicken the process by running the water. We just wanted to take this opportunity to clear up any confusion regarding the service you received and also to make it known that the instant hot box was removed at no charge as a courtesy.
