The aging pipes in our 72-year-old house can be a bit sullen and recalcitrant at times but the drain pipe from our kitchen sink was something else. Rob had to chisel out the original cap to be able to auger the pipe out thoroughly - but carefully - because those aging pipes are getting thinner by the year. But Rob was extraordinarily careful and thorough and did the best job I could have imagined. My wife and I are profoundly grateful!

JMT did a fabulous job on our roof two years ago so, naturally, we called them to replace our old and damaged gutters. JMT was busy at the time but did their best to squeeze us in soon as possible and did the job on time and on budget. The new gutters, exactly what we asked for, looked terrific. One problem? When it first rained a couple of weeks after the job was done, it turned out that one gutter corner was leaking. A quick phone call to JMT and it was fixed the next day. I spoke with John from JMT Roofing on a Wednesday about our leaking roof. Although the roof of our little two-bedroom bungalow was a relatively small job, JMT was there at 8 AM the next day and they finished the next afternoon. It turned out, there were three layers of shingles already on the roof; even so, JMT’s price was at the low end of any other estimates for similar sized roofs. It was not only quickly but superbly done. Throughout the whole process, JMT employees were unfailingly polite, careful and completely transparent about what they were doing and why. No question went unanswered. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job AND at the end of each day they were there. We have no hesitation saying we will engage them again any time.
